Rock im Park 202 will take place June 6th - 8th.
Rock im Park takes place at the Zeppelinfeld in the heart of Nuremberg.
To respect the local residents, both the parking and the camping areas will be opened from 9 am on Thursday, 5th June 2025! Arriving before this time makes no sense, since the entire festival site is closed.
Departure must be completed by no later than Monday, 9th June 2025 at 10 am.
Access to the concert area is only possible with a festival wristband on your wrist. You can only pick up your wristband at the CHECK-INs.
In addition to the wristband check, security checks will be carried out at the entrance.
Stay of minors on the event and festival grounds
Children under the age of 8 are not permitted to enter the festival grounds (infield), even if accompanied by a legal guardian (usually their parents). Children and young people between the ages of 8 and 16 may only enter and stay until midnight if accompanied by an authorized person or guardian. Adolescents aged 16 and over are permitted to enter and stay until the end of the event, even if they are not accompanied by an authorized person or guardian.
Stay of minors on the camping areas of the event site
Children under the age of 8 are not permitted to enter the Camping area, even if accompanied by an authorized person (usually their parents). Children and young people between the ages of 8 and 16 are only permitted to enter and stay if accompanied by an authorized person. Young people aged 16 and over are permitted to enter and stay without being accompanied by an authorized person.
Parental authorization will only be accepted in written form and will be checked at the entrances to the event and/or festival grounds. Both the proof of age of the underage persons (official identification document, child or identity card) as well as the official identification documents of the accompanying authorized persons or persons with parental authority must be presented so that a comparison can be made with the information on the parental authorization.
A form must be used for this, which can be downloaded here.
All other statutory provisions of the German Youth Protection Act (JuSchG) remain fully applicable.
No more than 10 minutes by public transport from the festival site, you will find the historical old town of Nuremberg. If you couldn’t make it there yet you should give it a try, since the city has a lot to offer!
There are several leisure opportunities around the festival:
If you need some refreshment and want to go for a swim, there is the stadium bath and the club bath. The perfect start to a perfect day could be a relaxed pedal boat ride on the Dutzenteich. In addition to the rock marathon on the stages, we recommend to take the time to learn more about the historical background of the former “Reichsparteitagsgelände” in the Documentation Center. The Documentation Center offers you a comprehensive overview of this.

Rock im Park is a festival that aims to be open to all fans equally. For years, we have been working to make Rock im Park as accessible as possible. This effort applies not only to the design and production of the festival grounds but also to how we interact with each other during the event. Alongside the usual measures, we also rely on your help to make the festival experience even better for everyone.
Camping at the rockAbility Camping is only possible with a corresponding Weekend Festival Ticket - rockAbility Camping (Special Needs). This is a barrier-free campsite with special facilities in a central location in the immediate vicinity of the event areas at the corner of Waldsportplatz and Karl-Steigelmann-Str. / Kurt-Leucht-Weg.
Space at the rockAbility campsite is limited, so you can camp there with a maximum of one accompanying person. If you are dependent on several accompanying persons, please contact us directly in advance at: info@argo-konzerte.de
The rockAbility camping area has an Assistant Point, which is staffed at all times and will answer your questions about the festival competently. This point has a central power connection point where electrical devices - such as electric wheelchairs - can be charged if required. The individual tent pitches do not have a separate connection.
People with the designations B in their disability ID can order tickets for themselves and a carer for Rock am Ring by calling the hotline at +49 421 353 638. If their disability or chronic illness corresponds to a recognised designation in Germany, they will, of course, be treated equally. All enquiries will be handled with complete confidentiality.
If you are in need of medication that requires refrigeration, you are welcome to hand it in at the rockAbility Assistant Point. We ask you to pack the medication in a small labeled plastic box.
If you have diabetes or allergies, you are allowed to bring your pen onto the grounds and infield. Please inform security that you require the pen, as not everyone is familiar with the issue.
For prescription medication that falls under narcotics regulations (e.g. cannabis or substitutes), please bring a prescription from your treating doctor. Over-the-counter medications that do not require refrigeration or special storage do not need to be registered.
A wheelchair-accessible platform has been erected in the event areas of each of the four stages, providing an unobstructed and clear view of the stage. By positioning several delay towers in the area of the Utopia Stage, optimum sound is also guaranteed on the platforms. In addition, the path to the stages is paved and specially signposted.
Barrier-free and disabled-friendly toilets and showers are located in the immediate vicinity of the rockAbility camping area.
